FATE Magazine is one of the first and best periodicals on paranormal and supernatural stuff, and is commonly the primary reference source for many an author of the weird. In it's heyday it had the distinction of not only being a primary source of new accounts of the paranormal, but also of being the only magazine that would also dispute and disprove false claims of the paranormal (though not as often, of course). Nowadays, however, it's primarily an entertainment oriented magazine, and the articles are mainly sensational... but it remains a good starting point for finding more information, especially about current popular trends in the world of the strange.
